More and more manufacturers are adding electric vehicles to their offerings, and Kia is no exception. In 2022, Kia unveils its first autonomous electric vehicle, the Kia EV6. This stylish crossover offers up to 310 miles of range and fast charging. That means it’s not only a new electric car, but also practical. This makes it ideal for handling all kinds of car roles. From daily commutes to long-distance car trips. That’s just part of what makes the Kia EV6 2022 the ideal Electric Vehicle.

The Kia EV6 is the brand’s new electric crossover. It comes standard with rear-wheel drive, while all-wheel drive is optional. It also offers between 167 and 576 horsepower. This is impressive and reflects what the Kia brand has achieved in recent years.

Even better, the EV6 offers a unique design. This look corresponds to the athletic personality it has. It proves that even driving an Electric Vehicle in a crossover configuration can be fun.

Buyers paying a premium for an electric vehicle expect modern safety features and technology, and the EV6 has a variety of safety equipment. These include standard blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert. It also offers adaptive cruise control and lane departure warning as standard across the lineup.

For added confidence, buyers can opt for an available remote parking assist system. This feature can be helpful when parking in a crowded area.

When buying a new car, it’s nice to benefit from a factory warranty. EV6 is no exception. The limited warranty on this car is five years or 60,000 miles. Additionally, the powertrain warranty is 10 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Unfortunately, Kia doesn’t currently offer free repairs, as some other brands do for new cars. This is a bit disappointing.

According to Consumer Reports, more and more brands are releasing their vehicle electrification plans. The EV6 is Kia’s first all-electric vehicle. And it doesn’t come with conventional engine options.

Kia has committed to launching seven new electric vehicles by 2027. This is exciting news for those considering switching to electric vehicles. As Kia diversifies its EVs, it’s worth noting that aspects such as charging infrastructure will also improve. This means that owning an electric vehicle will become a practical and potentially cost-saving option in more areas.

The EV6 is just one of many new electric vehicles hitting the market. With its range, performance, styling and safety features, it could be the ideal electric crossover for many different buyers. Over time, we can only hope that Kia releases more EVs like the EV6.
